AI can build your app. It still can't ship your product.
VCOS is the governed pipeline that closes that gap — idea, validation, build, launch, and operation, designed for one founder and an AI engineering team. 43 pages, nine parts, six quality gates that block every phase transition.
The handbook sits beside the pipeline it governs.
Claude is the engineering team; the founder is the engineering manager. AI output is a pull request, never a merge — AI decides implementation details, humans decide everything irreversible. Each phase of the pipeline ends at a gate, and the gate is a checklist that blocks the next phase until it passes. Most AI failures are context failures, so VCOS invests heavily in written, versioned context: the rules live in the repository next to the code they govern.
Real pages, real scoring models, real thresholds.
Nothing here is a placeholder. Idea Scoring weights six dimensions to 100 points with published cut-offs — ≥ 75 validates, 60–74 parks the idea for 90 days, under 60 rejects it — plus a list of auto-rejects no score can override. Bias-Proof Validation runs two weeks against a pass bar pre-registered in Git, with an AI designated skeptic whose only job is to argue no.
One pipeline, six locked gates.
Every idea moves through the same six stages. A gate is a checklist that blocks the next stage until it passes — no gate, no progress.

$49 is the launch price for the Founder's Edition. The regular price is $79, and this page will say so when it changes — there is no timer here, and the price will not move without the change being announced.
